JHDesignbuild specializes in custom or on-spec metal fabrication for manufacturing facilities, primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

We build complex systems and components for existing systems, and we have considerable expertise in integrating equipment into existing plant operations.

We also provide support equipment for a wide range of manufacturing processes.

Evaluate
Jerome & Horner always engages the client in a collaborative process. Initially we’ll meet to discuss your project. Then we conduct a     thorough evaluation and value assesment. These first steps normally  result in sketches and proposals. If you like the way we think and contract us we’ll enter the design phase, which is central to everything else we do.

Design

In the design phase we take into account your special requirements as well as the materials and welding types needed. Collaborative design, with an extensive review process, is key to how Jerome & Horner works. After an exhaustive review and iteration process, CAD and P&ID drawings are produced, which are then reviewed and analyzed with the client.

Build
Our rigorous design process means that we install pre-built, thoroughly tested, equipment and systems. We strive to integrate according to your schedule to reduce downtime and we understand industry safety and compliance issues. Our projects are planned backwards, with a thorough understanding of the site.


Engineering

We add value by improving and enhancing what already exists. Because we work directly for our clients, we build the kind of relationships that you just won’t get with a contractor.

Install and Test
When we install equipment or systems, we have already run a full range of performance, safety and compliance checks. This means minimal downtime and systems that work from the start.
