Tom LeClair – Owner and President
Since 2004, Tom LeClair has worked hard to build lasting relationships with clients. He brings over two decades of hands-on experience to this role. Prior to Jerome & Horner, he developed and managed key military and private sector accounts for precision machining at Premco, Inc. Tom previously created innovative design and build processes for engineered systems in fluid power dynamics. He is married, with two small children and enjoys coaching soccer, skiing and golf.
Michael P. Kropelnicki - Shop General Manager
Michael Kropelnicki joined Jerome & Horner in 2005 as the General Manager. He supervises all aspects of the fabrication of manufactured products, with his mastery of advanced process and vessel welding techniques. His experience lies in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and structural steel industries. Mike began his career in metal fabrication and welding over thirty years ago while serving in the U.S. Navy. He is married with two grown children and uses his spare time to master woodworking.
Bill Hitchings - Project Manager / Engineer
Bill brings 30 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing. The majority of this experience is with dry side systems. He spent many years helping to run Orton Machine is San Francisco. He then had project management roles with two prominent companies in the Bay Area prior to joining Jerome and Horner. Bill graduated from California Poly Technical University with a degree in engineering. He is married and has two children. He enjoys outdoor exploration and family adventures.
Jack Mermod - Project Manager / Designer
Jack brings 30 years of design and field experience to his role at Jerome and Horner. He began his career as Sheet Metal apprentice. He has the determination and dedication that is required to thrive in our industry. He combines these attributes with his deep knowledge and expertise to play an important role in many of our key projects. Jack is married with five children. He enjoys the mountains with his family when he is not working.
